Practical information about Group Healing & Meditation:
I will email you a link before we start the healing, with a video with a Healing meditation I recorded, which you can listen to during the healing.
I start the healing at 8 pm in collaboration with the angels and guides.
Sit or lie comfortably, drink a glass of water before the healing to facilitate the cleansing
the healing can start. When you receive the healing, focus on the intention to receive the healing
I send. If you just want to receive the healing in peace the whole time and not actively meditate, you can do that too.
You are responsible for your general mental and physical health when you choose to receive
healing. It can start a profound transformational process within you, if you need extra
support in that process, you are welcome to contact us with questions or to receive profound individual
healing, spiritual guidance, transformational conversations.
If you want to bring your pet, write which animal it is and the name of the animal.
Feel free to share your experience of the moment afterwards if you feel like it.
