Repanse gently guides you through various exercises to find relaxation, through meditation,energy work, chakra clearing, chakra toning, sound healing, circle sharing, intuitive healing writing & painting, liberating breathing, liberating movements, liberating voice exercises, playful voice improvisation, heart songs mantras. Group healing and lightlanguage / cosmic language, spiritual guidance in groups. To get in touch with your heart and your true self, find ways to inner healing and the path to inner peace and tranquility.
Repanse gently guides you through a Guided meditation ”Unify your inner Feminine and Masculine side”.
We Meditate and connect with Mother Earth and Father Sun / The Source / The Master of Love / Christ consciousness, the elements of nature, the animals and plants. Receive the light to fill our bodies. We go through each chakra. Tone, breathe, do movements and self-healing. Together with strengthening affirmations.
After the Retreat you can feel:

If you want to pay on spot on the retreatday, before we start the retreat you can pay with card or cash. But remember to do your booking on the booking page latest 24 hours before the retreatday and choose pay on place (betala på plats). If you can not join the whole day but want to join some hours, just let me know in a message, and I will give you a discount.
Come in soft and relaxed cloths. Bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow, if possible. There will be some available at spot as well.
Bring paper and pen for reflecting exercises.
Bring your waterbottle, and something to eat to our community potluck.
Heartopening herb tee will be available in the circle as well.
Try to come 15 minutes early so we can start on time!
If you are late, we will not wait, in respect for spirit that will be on time for the space we create. You can just drop in and we will show you your place.
